It is such a captivating story that you are eagerly turning the pages. The characters and storyline are so cleverly put together that within minutes of starting the book, you are enthralled with the story and feel as if you have become one with them. This is the 3rd book of Resthaven that I have read. The author has certainly added all types of characters.
I enjoyed her variety of solving each character’s issues. The scenes of the B&B she expressed undoubtedly made them feel real. All three books will be a good read on a rainy weekend. Linda E.

Broken Trust is the story of Jenna, who grew up in an abusive home and left at age 16. She found a shelter and a job. She met Garth, who seemed to love her until her breaking her trust along with her best friend. She loses everything and is homeless, broke, and broken.
She comes up with a plan to improve her life situation but will it work out the way she hopes?
I enjoyed the story. I could feel Jenna’s pain and indecision about how to move on with her life. Her lack of trust in others is understandable and a realistic reaction to not wanting to accept help. This book is well worth reading. Chris K

WOW! Fantastic story with so many emotions to deal with. I laughed, I cried, I worried over various characters trials. The characters are so well-developed that I felt like I knew them, and their personalities were effectively emphasized through their accomplishments and challenges. I was really rooting for Emma to find peace after most of her life had been lived in turmoil, from childhood to adulthood. I struggled at times from the strong emotions pulling at my heartstrings, but I am so glad I read this book. The ending is beautiful. Chris K
